New Harvest Golden Bitter, ABV 4.0%

A pale golden harvest ale brewed with freshly picked hops.

This is possibly the speediest brew available. As soon as the Fuggles hops are harvested at Thomas's Farm at the end of August the Cotleigh Sales Manager rushes to the farm to bring back the harvest that evening. He lays them out to rest (after their hectic journey) and they are used in the brew the very next day.

Perhaps the most famous and revered of English hops, Fuggle has a typical English flavour. This robust hop contributes all the essential characteristics of flavour, aroma and balanced bitterness to beers.

Once the hops are combined with the other ingredients they produce the great taste of 'New Harvest', which can vary due to the vagaries of the British weather, but is always welcomed back when in season.

A Beaujolais Nouveau Beer which is fresh, clean, hoppy and exciting in aroma and on the palate.
