At the 2007 Brewfest celebrations in Wiveliscombe, a number of Red Nose casks had been stored carefully for a number of years as a test to see if beer could be become of vintage character. Our customers were delighted to a variation of 6% to 7% pure dark amber nectar. It just goes to show that beer can age like wine.
