Nutcracker 30th Anniversary Beer, ABV 3.4%

Known as a 'Mild'. Light, dark and exotic.

This beer was brewed many years ago but was resurrected to celebrate Cotleigh's 30th anniversary. The recipe remained in our drawers but found a new lease of life for our 30th. To celebrate the month of May as 'Mild month', Nutcracker emerged from its nest to gather it's most important food source, pine nuts. We can say that the beer has a flavour of licourice and pine nuts.

Tasting Notes

Dark amber Mild with a light and fruity taste. Golding and Bobeck hops give a sweet aroma with a refreshing liquorice taste on the palate.

Ingredients

Pale, Brown and Crystal malts; Whole wheat; Fuggles, Golding and Bobeck hops.
