Early in 2009 Chris Sperring MBE. famed for BBC television and radio 'Owl Prowl', completed a survey undertaken to understand the breeding and habitat of the Long Eared Owl. Cotleigh just thought that after all the stalking and sitting in hedgrows by Chris as the bird is very difficult to spot due to its nocturnal instinct, Chris needed to sit down and relax with a pint of Long Eared. Tasting Notes

A copper coloured pale ale with a rich malty taste, with a citrus hoppy aroma from a late hop of Styrian Goldings.
