Honey Buzzard Premium Beer, ABV 4.5%

Having been asked for a number of years by our local honey farmer David Pearce when we would brew a beer with his honey, we succumbed and produced the beautiful 'Honey Buzzard'.

The honey is infused during the fermentation process to our Buzzard recipe but fermented out at a lower ABV alcohol strength at 4.5%. It has become a lighter beer in colour and to our surprise we have had to maintain the brew as a permanent due to landlord demand.

Tasting Notes

Copper coloured infused with local Wiveliscombe honey. A smooth creamy and chocolate palate giving a subtle bitter sweet finish.

Ingredients

Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts; Goldings, Fuggles and Northdown hops.
